Sugar is everywhere. It’s present is almost all the processed foods we eat. This contributes to the overconsumption of sugar AND a “sweet tooth” that you may not know you have. In this episode, I talk about how you can wean yourself off sugar. Be wary of using sugar substitutes like Agave and Stevia. Sugar is sugar.
