Do you have a healthy relationship with food? It’s probably safe to say that we mostly eat for emotional reasons and not for hunger. Eating is a large part of our socialization. You go to a fine restaurant for the “experience” and not simply because your stomach is rumbling.
Like many people you probably associate emotional eating with binging on a tub of ice cream after having a bad day. But there are more subtle ways emotion can drive you to overeat.
In this episode I give you signs of emotional eating how to break the cycle.
