For some, November and December are exciting months full of anticipation. For others, they're a time of sadness and dread. Regardless of what the holidays mean to you, one thing doesn't change: they're a time for over-indulgence and high expectations.

Our schedules during this time become crowded with mandatory office parties, school shows, friends and family gatherings. We're saturated with decorations, special music and lots of food. But when January hits us, the reality of life becomes sobering.
